Common questions
Who is eligible to enroll?
Your email invitation confirms that you have been made eligible for a program or program category. Follow your invitation’s program link and enrollment details. There are no additional course prerequisites.
How much time will I need?
Plan for around 15 hours of study. The program is entirely online and self-paced, and your enrollment provides four months of access—so you can work around your college schedule.
When will I receive my certificate?
Your certificate is issued after you successfully complete the required coursework and assignments. You can add the achievement to your résumé and LinkedIn profile, and employers can verify your certificate record.
What happens after I enroll?
We email your course login as soon as your payment is confirmed, usually within minutes. You can then begin studying at your own pace.
What if the program is not right for me?
You can receive a full refund within 14 days, before program completion.
Is CPS part of my university?
The Center for Professional Studies offers focused professional programs designed to complement your studies, with written feedback on your work and a certificate employers can verify. CPS is an independent online learning provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any university. Programs are non-accredited professional development.
